Great Ideas for KanColle Season 2
- Yuudachi’s verbal tic has degenerated into a true disorder. At this point she can only communicate by poi-ing in Morse code, so even the Japanese audience must view it with subtitles. Mutsu races to find answers.
- Mutsuki to be voiced by Daisuke Ono. Nobody notices or comments.
- The admiral is arrested for sex offenses; Fubuki is sent to counselling to determine if there is a need for therapy, and is ultimately sent for remedial training and never seen for the rest of the season.
- Suspicion and dissent spread through the ranks. Nagato must manage a rebellious fleet while deeply shaken herself. Will the kanmusus’ Clash of Lords 2 guild survive?
- The high resource-consumption capital ships get together to discuss their unhealthy diets; alarm spreads after Akagi confesses she hasn’t had a bowel movement in a month and the rest of them realize they haven’t either.
- Ooi is killed in a drive-by shooting. The culprits are never found. Kitakami is at first afraid for not having her sister to back her up on missions but is overjoyed after a few days when she can breathe without her creepy, smothering advances. She starts making friends and living her own life.
- Mutsu discovers she can actually transform into the Mutsnail. She’s not sure what she can do with this form, but everyone agrees it’s adorable as motherfuck
- Strange noises are keeping Ashigara awake at night. She finally discovers a strange, ethereal ring where the ghosts of WW2 admirals have nightly boxing tournaments, with Yamamoto and Nimitz as the top contenders. She plunges further into alcoholism when none of them will go out with her.
- Natori has an arc that’s like a compressed version of Fubuki’s from Season 1, except she actually grows as a character. She and Haguro cruise off to the sunset after they both realize that “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.”
- Shimakaze’s uniform is upgraded to a tracksuit. Everyone is pleased, except creepers in the audience.
You can tell a lot about a person from their favourite Kancolle girl. For example people who like Shimakaze are going to jail.
